APPLICANT INFORMATION

AWARD
One (1) non-renewable scholarship up to $1,000.00 to be used for full time tuition, books or expenses at an accredited university, college, technical or vocational school.

OBJECTIVE
David Montoya Construction, Inc. provides this award to emphasize the importance of education, and to recognize employees and dependants of employees who display academic and leadership qualities.

ELEGIBILITY
o Current employee at David Montoya Construction, Inc.
o Dependant of current DMCI employee
o High School senior graduating fall or spring of the current year
o Grade point average minimum 2.0 (based on a 4.0 scale)

PROCEDURES
Students may obtain applications at David Montoya Construction, Inc. Applicants are required to complete the application form in addition to a short essay as specified on the application. Applicants must arrange to have their school registrar complete the form included in the application and include a sealed, official copy of the most current high school transcript. It is the applicant’s responsibility to include two or more sealed, confidential references, one from a math, science or English teacher and one general reference.

Applicants should submit the application packet in the following order:
1. Application form
2. Essay
3. Registrar form
4. Sealed official copy of high school transcript
5. Sealed letters of recommendation

Get application

All applications must be postmarked no later than April 15 of the current year to be eligible. Incomplete applications will not be processed!
